Thank you for your interest in joining The Recovery Gym! 

To get started, we have introductory Foundations Classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You will learn the movements we commonly use in our workouts, how to read the Workout of the Day, gym etiquette, and how to properly and safely modify any movements that may need modifying. All of our classes are led by a CrossFit trainer and Certified Recovery Mentor.

Our services are FREE of charge for those in or seeking recovery! 

Due to a surge in COVID cases we have paused Foundations Classes until early March of 2022 or until cases start to decline in our region. Please fill out the form below to be added to our waitlist and we will notify you when classes resume.
